In Vickys Adamou's "Elegy for an Absurd World" we immersed ourselves in the bottomless fields of human relationships, in those elements that make coexistence a daily challenge but also a decisive trigger for change - in short, we came into contact with the absurd but also enchanting world of Ionesco. Sunday, August 2 The last day of Our Festival 6 was celebrated with theater and music! The Roswitha theater group presented "To tavli" by D. Kehaidis, giving a different look at a well-known and beloved work. From the Athenian courtyard of 1972, we move to the coffeehouses of 2020, where a duo of "clown" popular men "catch fire", laying out the plan that, as they believe, will ensure a better future for them.
This was followed by a loud musical celebration that took off the closing of this year's festival. Thanks to Our Festival 6 Our Festival was born in 2015 to affirm the power of solidarity in art. It is a festival with actions from the whole range of arts that aims to meet artists who practically defend the concept of solidarity. We sincerely thank all the artists who, this year, proved to us that our vision can be realized even in the most difficult circumstances.
